Privacy policy

The Data Administrator is PCG Academia sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Jasionka at address: Jasionka 954F, 36-002 Jasionka, Poland, KRS: 0000560490. Data can be collected during the use of the site by analyzing access logs and when sending an e-mail by the user to the Data Administrator – for technical and statistical reasons and in order to considerate the inquiry. Without explicit consent, personal data will not be made available to recipients of data within the meaning of Article 7, point 6 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text of 2016, item 922, as amended). You have the right to access your personal data and the possibility to correct them. Providing personal information is voluntary.

 


 

These rules apply only to computer software especially the software owned by PCG Academia and used on computers and other mobile devices. These rules do not apply to other software and services of PCG Academia, since they are determined by different privacy policy.

Before using our computer software, one has to accept the privacy policy.

 

Scope of collecting, storing, using and sharing personal data

A demo version of our software enables users to access it through logging in with a username and password. The data that is displayed does not contain any real personal information that is described in the Act on Data Security dated 29th August 1997. The demo version does not collect any data and it is not shared with anyone. While running the software demo version, it is not required to input any kind of data, especially personal information.

The computer software installed in client’s organization, while logging in, enables a user to access personal data and the scope of its processing is defined by the privacy policy published on the organization webpages.

The computer software does not save any kind of data on local storage or anywhere else. Any kind of changes made by a user is deleted when the program is shut down.

 

Excluded responsibility

PCG Academia releases software that is “the way it is”. This software does not have any kind of hidden features or functions. Presumption that the program performs any other functions than those described, is wrong. Responsibility that any kind of data has been lost using the above mentioned software is excluded. A user is not authorized to get any kind of compensation as a result of damages caused by software that does not run properly or does not run at all.
